About Our Search
Our Baltimore is looking for an energetic and creative Landscape Architect project manager to join the Landscape Architecture studio. This individual will have experience managing projects, and possess excellent communication, design, technical, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will be organized and enjoy collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams.
About the Position
Project Management.
Collaborate with team members on multiple projects.
Lead/Assist in design from concept design through construction documents
Experience in multiple facets of design including planning, site grading, planting design and construction detailing.
Collaborate with project consultants and clients to facilitate the design process.
Mentor junior staff.
About You
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture required.
7-10 years of experience in a Landscape Architecture practice
Licensed Landscape Architect.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, VectorWorks, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or other 3D presentation software. Experience with BIM software is a plus.
Passionate towards design, strong work ethic, sense of ownership and pride.
Experience collaborating with clients, consultants, jurisdictional staff, and stakeholders.
Experience with construction drawings and construction details.
LEED credentials are a plus.
